Abstract

PRA RENCANA PABRIK PEMBUATAN EPIKLOROHIDRIN KAPASITAS 31.00 TON/TAHUN Karya tulis ilmiah berupa Skripsi, Juli 2018 Fadhlurrachman Muflih dan Robinsyah; Dibimbing oleh Elda Melwita, S.T., M.T.,Ph.D Jurusan Teknik Kimia, Fakultas Teknik, Universitas Sriwijaya ix + 472 halaman, 7 tabel, 6 gambar, 4lampiran ABSTRAK Pabrik pembuatan epiklorohidrin dengan kapasitas 31.000 ton/tahun ini direncanakan berdiri tahun 2022 di Kawasan industri Cilegon, Banten yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area sebesar 4,10 ha. Proses pembuatan epiklorohidrin menggunakan proses Dehiklorinisasi dikloropropanol dalam reaktor jenis continous stirred tank reactor (R-01). Kondisi operasi pembuatan epiklorohidrin adalah 40oC dan tekanan 1 atm. Pabrik ini merupakan perusahaan perseroan terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi line and staff, yang dipimpin oleh Dewan Komisarisdenganjumlahkaryawansebanyak110orang.Berdasarkanhasilanalisa ekonomi,pabrikepikorohidrininilayakdidirikandenganperinciansebagaiberikut: • TotalCapitalInvestment =US $ 42.258.163,33 • Selling Priceper Year =US $ 464.039.727,77 • TotalProduction Cost =US $ 430.015.559,44 • Annual CashFlow =US $ 25.961.202,27 • PayOut time = 2,07tahun • Rateof Return =39,97% • DiscountedCash Flow =44,50% • BreakEven Point =33,80% • ServiceLife = 11tahun
