Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pengaruh tingkat suku bunga domestik dan pertumbuhan ekonomi terhadap aliran modal masuk (capital inflow). Aliran modal asing yang dimaksud dalam penelitian ini adalah aliran modal asing langsung (Foreign Direct Investmenl;F D f), aliran modal asing tidak langung (Port folio Investmen;PI) dan Pinjaman Luar Negeri (PLN). Data yang digunakan dalam penetian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu data tahunan dimulai dari tahun 1997-2006. Teknik analisis yang dipakai adalah model regeresi linier berganda. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa tingkat suku bunga domestik dan pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh terhadap Capital inflow dan signifikan. Peningkatan tingkat suku bunga domestik dan pertumbuhan ekonomi akan meningkatkan capital inflow.
