Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effect of Routine Expenditures and Development Expenditures on the transportation sector toward the economic growth in Palembang. Data used on this research are secondary data ‘time series’ (1995-2005) which originates from statistical center committee and others department, internet, literatures and handbooks. The Method used in this research is linear regression. Results show that Routine Expenditures and Development Expenditures on the transportation sector are significantly influence the economic growth in Palembang.
