Abstract

The tittle of this minithesis is influence of kurs and influence the balance of Indonesian stock exchange from 2000 to 2007. Composite stock price index is one of an important and a valuable letter that you can buy or sell in stock exchange. Composite stock price index also one of speculation that people always do, it will make an anvantaged and a disadvantaged for the people who play with it. This paper give us the picture of correlation between exchange rate and inflation to composite stock price index in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This research analyzing composite stock price index and the movement of exchange rate and inflation from 2000-2007 The result shows that there is correlation between exchange rate, inflation and composite stock price index. It’s also find that there is other factor that can influence composite stock price index beside excange rate and inflation. For example interest rate, gross national product (GNP), and economic, social, political condition.
