Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the effect of PDB and the interest rate of investment credit to domestic investment in Indonesia along 1997-2006. Data that used in this research is PDB, the interest rate of investment credit and domestic investment from 1997 until 2006. This data is secondary data. The technic of this research use the quantitative analysis technic and qualitative analysis technic. Quantitative analysis technic use double regression and qualitative analysis technic done by observe the growth of PDB. the interest rate of investment credit and domestic investment in Indonesia period 1997-2006. The result of this research show that PDB has the positive inference and the interest rate of investment credit has the negative influence to domestic investment in Indonesia along 1997-2006.
