Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi Masyarakat Desa Tanjung Lubuk Sakti Kecamatan Indralay terhadap Adat Ngambek Ari (Sumbangan) dalam adat perkawinan. Pada penelitian ini yang menjadi populasi adalah seluruh masyarakat desa Lubuk Sakti yang bertempat tinggal di desa Lubuk Sakti jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini ialah 898 jiwa dengan menggunakan taknik Sampel Simpel Random Sampling dengan mengambil jumlah sampel 10% dari jumlah populasi, maka jumlah sampel ini berjumlah 90 jiwa. Adapun Teknik pengumpulan data yang diperlukan dalam analisis data penelitian ini adalah teknik Dokumentasi dan Persepsi Negatif (kurang dari 50). Hasil Analisis dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Lubuk Sakti memberikan respon ppositif terhadap adat Ngambek Ari (Sumbangan) Dalam Adat Perkawinan dengan rata-rata jumlah 57,11 yang lebih tinggi dari pengukuran persepsi yang berarti Positif
