Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji apakah ada perbedaan kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan jasa dan perusahaan manufaktur Periode 2009- 2012. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan Analisis Multivariate Manova dengan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari situs idx.co.id Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis rasio keuangan. Rasio keuangan terdiri rasio likuiditas yang diwakili oleh Current Ratio (CR), rasio solvabilitas yang diwaliki oleh Debt Ratio (DR), rasio profitabilitas yang diwakili oleh Return On Investment (ROI), serta rasio pasar yang diwakili oleh Earning Per Share (EPS). Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan statistik deskriptif dilihat dari rasio likuiditas, rasio solvabilitas, rasio profitabilitas, dan rasio pasar perusahaan manufaktur lebih mendominasi daripada perusahaan jasa. Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan uji Multivariate Manova menunjukkan rasio Kata kunciCurrent Ratio (CR), Debt Ratio (DR), Return On Investment (ROI), Earning Per Share (EPS) menunjukkan ada perbedaaan kinerja keuangan pada perusahaan jasa dan perusahaan manufaktur.
