Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel kualitas pelayanan RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang terhadap kepuasan konsumen baik secara simultan maupun parsial serta untuk mengidentifikasi variabel kualitas layanan manakah yang dominan mempengaruhi kepuasan konsumen RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis model regresi berganda. Melalui uji F dapat diketahui secara simultan bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Konsumen. Disamping itu melalui Uji T dapat diketahui secara parsial variabel Empati dan Kehandalan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen RSUP Dr. Mohammad Hoesin Palembang. Sedangkan dari kelima variabel yang diuji, variabel Kehandalan merupakan variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi Kepuasan Konsumen.
