Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas seberapa besar pengaruh antara kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di RS. Tk. II dr. AK Gani Palembang. Secara lebih spesifik tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh dan signifikan faktor kepuasan kerja (kondisi kerja, hubungan kerja dan gaji/upah) terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di RS. Tk. II dr. AK Gani Palembang. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 orang responden. Penentuan sampel menggunakan metode Konvensional Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan bantuan program aplikasi Statistical Froduct and Service Solution (SPSS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: secara bersama-sama kepuasan keija memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan sebesar 36,6% terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai di RS. Tk. II dr. AK Gani Palembang sedangkan 63,4% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar yang diteliti seperti motivasi, kepemimpinan, dan budaya organisasi. gaya Kata kunci: Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja
