Abstract

Bank always faces dilemma between liquidities / and security and safety in one party sides, and earnings / and gain on the other hand. Excelsior level of it’s the liquidity hence more and more small gain which will containing and so also on the contrary. But if when low bank liquidity hence level of security and safety of the low bank. In This Case Stock market as one of source of effective finding is expected able to become solution and finalizes the problem. This research aim to know are there stock market influence to level of Indonesia banking. Data applied at this research is secondary data in timeline 15 years (1992-2006). As for method analysis applied is with qualitative analysis and quantitative with simple regression technique. Result of this research show that stock market has influence significant to level of banking liquidity of Indonesia with the relation of which are positive seen from its the indicators is each that is IHSG and LDR.
