Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Assets (ROA) terhadap harga saham pada Perusahaan Jasa Sektor Telekomunikasi yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 6 perusahaan sektor Jasa Telekomunikasi. Sensus digunakan sebagai teknik pengambilan sample untuk dijadikan sample penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Quick Ratio (QR) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham dan Return on Assets (ROA) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Assets (ROA) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham Perusahaan Jasa Sektor Telekomunikasi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2009-2013. Koefisien determinasi sebesar 32,9% hal ini berarti variabel Quick Ratio (QR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Return on Assets mampu menjelaskan variabel harga saham sebesar 32,9% dan sisanya 67,1% dijelaskan oleh faktor lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam model penelitian. Penulis menyarankan bahwa Perusahaan Jasa Sektor Telekomunikasi harus meningkatkan Quick Ratio (QR), mengurangi Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan meningkatkan Return on Assets (ROA).
