Abstract

This research aim to analyze influence or relation between fiscal gap of Palembang City with acceptance block grant of Palembang City. Ali of data used by writer based on secondary data 2001-2006 periods from Departement of State income (DISPENDA) Palembang, Investigation of statistics (BPS) in Sumatera Selatan and other related resort. One way to know level of fiscal gap, the writer counted difference between fiscal needs with fiscal capacities. Method of analysis used linear regresion modestly and correlation pearson. The result of research indicate that there are influence of equal to 84 gratuity between fiscal gap of Palembang city with acceptance block grants of Palembang City, and then there are positive and strong correlation between variable of fiscal Gap of Palembang City (Expense area, Gross of Domestic Regional Product, Standard of Fiscal Needs, and Standard of Fiscal Capacities) with acceptance block grant of Palembang City.
