Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh gaji dan motivasi terhadap disiplin kerja tenaga kerja sukarela dan pegawai honor daerah di Puskesmas Tanjung Batu. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioener yang diberikan kepada responden dan data sekunder yang dipublikasikan oleh pihak perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaji dan motivasi tidak begitu berpengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja tenaga keija sukarela dan pegawai honor daerah di Puskesmas Tanjung Batu. Dari model regresi yang dihasilkan menunjukkan bahwa gaji tidak dapat meningkatkan disiplin kerja tenaga keija sukarela dan pegawai honor daerah di Puskesmas Tanjung Batu. Permasalahan di luar penelitian yang mempengaruhi disiplin kerja karyawan adalah gaya kepemimpinan pimpinan Puskesmas Tanjung Batu dan status kepegawaian dari karyawan itu sendiri. Kata Kunci : gaji, motivasi, disiplin kerja.
