Abstract

Tempe Mrs. Ana’s industry is an industry that is the city of Palembang. Industry tempe Mrs. Ana’s packed in three packaging namely plastic leaves, tempe plastic pieces, and tempe plastic foil. Tempe is one of the products that are perishable. This research aims to minimize production costs, get a route and optimal production quantities using a model Production Routing Problem Perishable Inventory (PRPPI) with the inventory policies First Produce First Delivery – First Produce First Selling (FPFD-FPFS). The research results obtained from the cost of production of the first day was Rp. 117,723, day two is Rp 84,701 and third day was Rp 142.000. The optimal route is obtained for the first day was Depot→ Market Kebon Semai →Market Sekip Ujung → Market Perumnas → Depot. Optimal route gained for the second day and the third is the Depot → Market Perumnas → Market Sekip Ujung → market Kebon Semai→ Depot. The number of optimal production on the first day was 37 pieces, the second day was 27 pieces and the third day was as much as 45 pieces of tempe.
