Abstract

The development of an increasingly advanced business world has led to increasingly fierce competition. One way to maintain the survival of the company is to maintain good relations with customers. The Palembag Damai Plastik Store needs to have information delivery media that can improve service to customers because several problems occur because the company still does not have intermediary media to deliver product information that will be given to prospective customers in the order process, the customer is still having difficulties in order products Customers must also come to the store to place an order. Another problem that exists in the company is about customer service, there are still customers who feel a lack of facilities that can help them to get information. Then the company still has difficulty in collecting data about customers who have ordered. Therefore Damai Plastik Store requires a system that applies the Whatsapp based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) method so that the relationship between the company and the customer will be well established and the service process will be faster and more accurate.
