Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh merchandise, lokasi, promosi dan harga serta variabel yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan konsumen berbelanja di Hypermart Lippo Plaza Jakabaring Palembang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh konsumen yang berbelanja di Hypermart Lippo Plaza Jakabaring Palembang, dan sampel penelitian yang dipilih berdasarkan teknik Purposive Sampling adalah 100 orang konsumen yang berbelanja di Hypermart Lippo Plaza Jakabaring Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan metode analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel merchandise (Xi), harga (X2), lokasi (Xj) dan promosi (Xt) secara simultan mampu menjelaskan atau mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan konsumen berbelanja (Y) di Hypermart Lippo Plaza Jakabaring Palembang sebesar 77%, dan 23% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain seperti kualitas pelayanan dan mutu produk. Secara parsial diketahui bahwa variabel lokasi (Xs) mempunyai pengaruh yang dominan sebesar 37% terhadap keputusan konsumen berbelanja (Y) di Hypermart Lippo Plaza Jakabaring Palembang. Kata Kunci : Merchandise, Lokasi, Promosi, Harga dan Keputusan Berbelanja.
