Abstract
This research entitled tutor skills in classroom management in Moecs Palembang tutoring guidance. This study aims to determine the skills of tutors in the management of classes in the guidance of learning Moecs Palembang, the subject of this research is tutors and residents of learning that exist in the guidance of learning Moecs Palembang. The Type of research used in this study is descriptive qualitative with in-depth interview notes and document analysis from interview result. The techniques used to collect data are interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the tutor skills in classroom management in the guidance of learning Moecs Palembang otherwise good. This is evident from the tutor's effort to have the skills: to carry out the teaching stage well, to create and maintain optimal learning climate, to control the learning condition effectively and efficiently, to organize the classroom equipment and to manage the socio-emotional.
