Abstract

Children nutritional problems in Indonesia is still an isu which continuously try to resolve by the government. However, this effort has not give an optimal impact yet to nutritional status of children. This study aims to determine the evaluation of supplementary feeding program for children in Indonesia. This study uses systematic review method. Seacrhing articles uses database namely PubMed, Google Scholar, Scient Direct, Perpusnas, and Portal Garuda. Articles with aims to evaluate supplementary feeding program for children by government were published from 2011-2020 with population in Indonesia were included in this analysis. The Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) Critical Appraisal used for articles assess quality. Descriptive analysis used for interpretation the result of this study and the correlation each other by narration. We found 11 articles were analyze evaluation of supplementary feeding program for children in Indonesia. Out of 11 articles, human resource unequally across Indonesia, there is so many district that have quantity and quality problem. Then, facilities and infrastructure are available but still limited. Controlling program still have an obstacles at target level. Program coverage is unfulfilled. Whereas, targets are right in accordance with guidelines by the Ministry of Health and program had a positive impact namely increasing the weight of children. Supplementary feeding program for children in Indonesia still find obstacles in the input, process and output aspect. Suggestion for improving the program so that can have a more optimal impact, the government is expected to distribute human resources, provide training for human resources and increase controlling program
