Abstract

This study aims at analyzing the effect of gross domestic product, profit sharing and asset prices on mudharabah savings in the Indonesian sharia banking industry. The data used in this study were secondary data from 2011-2019 and were analyzed using panel data regresssion with the fixed effect model. The results show that changes in gross domestic product, profit sharing and asset prices in sharia banking can effect mudharabah savings by as much as 0.876341 with coefficient of 4.988669. This means that if gross domestic product, profit sharing and asset prices strengthen by one percent, mudharabah savings will increase by 4.98 percent. Furthermore, the gross domestic product and profit sharing have significant and positive effect toward the increase in mudharabah savings, while asset price has a significant but not positive effect toward it.
