Abstract
This study aims to determine the role of self-efficacy toward adjustment on senior high school students in Prabumulih City during online learning. The hypothesis of this study is self-efficacy has role toward adjustment. Respondents in this study were 400 senior high school students in Prabumulih City who study online. The sampling technique used was the simple random sampling. The measuring instruments used are the adjustment scale which refers to the characteristics of adjustment from Schneiders (1960) and the self-efficacy scale which refers to the dimensions of self-efficacy from Bandura (1997). The result of simple regression analysis show R square = 0,620, F = 648,196 and p = 0,000 (p<0,05). This result means that self-efficacy has a significant role toward adjustment. Thus, the hypothesis is accepted and self-efficacy contribution toward adjustment is 62%.
