Abstract

In this study, the object of this research is PT Indo Prima Beef which is engaged in animal husbandry. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. The data used in this study include secondary data. The technique used in this research is to obtain and collect the data needed in conducting research on the calculation of cotporate income tax at PT Indo Prima Beef in Lampung in real circumstances. Regarding the calculation of Employee Income Tax Article 21, the use of the gross up method, namely by providing tax allowances equal to the value of Article 21 employee Income Taxes, is the most appropriate method. for PT Indo Prima Beef, Using the gross up method will provide benefits for both parties, namely: Benefits for employees, namely the amount of take home pay will be greater than the method used by the company today
