Abstract

The Objective o f this research is to find out the influence of Government Expenditure on Personnel Expenditure Against Revenue in The City of Palembang. The data used are secondary data in the period of observation of then years (1998 - 2007) comes from the Central Statistic Agency and other relevant institutions, internet, literature, and books. Analysis of techniques in use in this form of research use descriptive and quantitative techniques. Quantitative analysis using a simple regression model. The results of the analysis showed in govemment spending on civil servants can have a significant effect on revenue in the city of Palembang.
