Abstract

The data management system applied to the Basic Education Data is a new paradigm within the Ministry of National Education which has not been maximized since the 1970s. Issuance of Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 79 Year 2015 concerning Basic Education Data. This study aims to find out Knowing the success, use and implementation of the Implementation of Policy Programs for Implementing Basic Data Systems for Primary and Secondary Education in Palembang City Education Office (Case Study of Palembang Jihadıyah Middle School). The problem in this study is because many education units still lack understanding of the system especially with changes in versions and addition of hasic data. This research is located in Jihadtyah Junior High School Palembang, the research method used in this study is qualitative descriptive. Qualitatnve research basically seeks to understand language and their estimutes of certain phenomena around them. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. he results of this study indicate that related to the level of compliance with program polretes that have been done quite well but there are still some obstacles in the implementation of dapodik, smooth operation of the system operator routne has heen ruming quite well hut there are still constraints carried out hy operators such as mputting dala and others, the mpac gren in filling out the basic education duta has heen well seen from the overload m the time of completing the basic education data. Based on hese conelusaons. it ss necessary ta imprrove performance by dupupik operators so that everythingcmrmaccordngopplaable regalutions. Keywords: Policy Implementation.
