Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan biaya madya pada industri makanan dan minuman di Indonesia, (2) mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan efisiensi industri makanan dan minuman di indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti Badan Pusat Statistik, dengan menggunakan data tahun 2000-2005. berdasarkan analisis, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa biaya madya cenderung meningkat. Kenaikan pada tahun 2000 ke 2005 adalah 124,41 persen, dengan rata-rata biaya madya adalah 0,144 persen per tahun. Efisiensi pada industry makanan dan minuman cenderung tidak efisien karena biaya madya lebih besar dari pada nilai tambah. Efisiensi pada tahun 2000 ke 2005 menurun, dan rata-rata efisiensi pertahun adalah 0,41855. Kata kunci: biaya madya, nilai tambah, dan efisiensi
