Abstract

The existence of Aedes sp. an indicator of the presence of a population of Aedes sp. Environmental conditions also greatly affect the incidence of dengue disease, of course it is also related to the presence of larvae. Citra Medika Health center’s working area is a contributor of DHF incidence with increased DHF cased from 2016-2018. This study aims to analyze the correlation between the environment and other risk factors for the presence of Aedes sp. larvae at Citra Medika health center in Lubulinggau Timur I in 2020. This research is a quantitative research with a cross sectional design approach. The sample in this study were 91 respondents , who have met predetermined criterias using purposive sampling technique, with inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria. The data used in this study are secondary data from Citra Medika Health Center and primary data obtained from interviews and direct observation. In the obtained data univariate and brivariat analysis will be performed by using spss in Chi-square test and Fisher's Exact. The results of brivariate analysis showed that there was a relationship between the implementation PSN (p-value 0,047) and the existence of use goods (p-value 0.039) with the presence of Aedes sp. larvae. The conclusion of this study is that the presence of Aedes sp. larvae is caused by factors such as implementating PSN DBD and the existence of use goods. The suggestion from this research is that the public must carry out cleaning of containers properly and remove or reverse the position of used items than can become breeding grounds for the Aedes sp. mosquitoes.
