Abstract
Companies requires to always think creatively so they could surviving in this market. Corporate social responsibility (CSR) will provide an knowledge to the society that companies have some duties must be carried out. Besides from CSR, to see whether a company is good or not, stakeholder will evaluate the companies’ performance through liquidity, leverage and firm size. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of CSR disclosure, liquidity, leverage, and frim size on the financial performance of mining and agricultural companies in the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2019. The data that used was secondary data sourced from annual reports and financial reports of mining and agricultural sector companies with a total population of 66 companies. The research sample was obtained by using purposive sampling technique so there were 24 companies that were compatible with criterias. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods with SPSS 20.0. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of CSR disclosure on financial performance. If the disclosure of CSR was spacious, it will increasing the financial performance of companies in the mining and agricultural sectors. However, there is no effect of liquidity, leverage and firm size on an increase or decrease in the financial performance of mining and agricultural sector companies Keywords: Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility, Liquidity, Leverage, Firm Size
