Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah harga tepung terigu memiliki pengaruh terhadap produksi roti pada usaha roti di kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitaif dan kualitatif. Analisis kuanttatif dilakukan dengan pengujian regresi menggunakan SPSS 11,5for Windows. Dari hasil penelitian dan pengujian, didapatkan bahwa Variabel harga menunjukkan signifikansi dan berpengaruh negatif terhadap permintaan tepung terigu . Indikasi ini menandakan bahwa semakin tinggi harga tepung maka akan menurunkan permintaan tepung terigu. Begitujuga sebaliknya, semakin rendah harga tepung terigu akan semakin meningkatkan produksi roti. Kemudian dari hasil regresi juga didapat nilai koefisisen R2 yang menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga mampu menjelaskan variabel produksi sebesar 56,2 %, sisanya 43,8% dijelaskan faktor lain J diluar model yang dianggap konstan. Dari uji t-statistik dengan derajat kebebasan a = 5% dan df= n-k =11 diperoleh t-hitung > t-tabel maka hipotesis Ho ditolak, dan hipotesis Ha diterima. Artinya, ada pengaruh yang nyata dari harga terhadap produksi industri rokok. Kata kunci: Harga terigu, Produksiroti
