Abstract

ABSTRAK Rumah sakit merupakan salah satu tempat yang selain berpotensi menularkan penyakit juga memiliki potensi besar terhadap bencana kebakaran yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian materi dan menimbulkan korban jiwa. Sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa merupakan faktor keandalan bangunan gedung rumah sakit terhadap bahaya kebakaran dan wajib diadakan untuk bangunan rumah sakit dimana sebagian besar penghuninya adalah pasien dalam kondisi lemah sehingga tidak dapat menyelamatkan dirinya dari bahaya kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem proteksi aktif dan sarana penyelamatan jiwa di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Palembang BARI menggunakan desain deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan dianalisis menggunakan metode penilaian skoring. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 orang yang dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis sistem proteksi aktif dan sarana penyelamat jiwa di gedung RSUD Palembang BARI memiliki persentase 71,55% berada dalam kategori C yaitu cukup sesuai peraturan, dengan hasil komponen pada sistem proteksi aktif 76,2% dengan kategori cukup dan komponen sarana penyelamatan jiwa 66,9% yang termasuk dalam kategori cukup. Disarankan pihak rumah sakit perlu melakukan pemasangan sistem sprinkler dan pencahayaan darurat pada bangunan gedung rumah sakit, melakukan perbaikan bagi sistem proteksi kebakaran aktif seperti sistem alarm dan detektor kebakaran yang tidak berfungsi, melengkapi isi kotak hidran dan memasang rambu tanda petunjuk titik kumpul di gedung bakordik serta melakukan pemeliharaan secara berkala terhadap sistem yang ada. Active fire protection systems and life-saving facilities are factors in the reliability of hospital buildings against fire hazards and must be held for hospital buildings where most of the residents are patients in weak conditions so as not to be able to save themselves from fire hazards. This study aimed to analyze active protection system and lifesaving facilities in Palembang Bari Regional General Hospital using descriptive design with qualitative approach and analyzed using scoring assessment method. The number of informants in this study was 6 people selected using purposive sampling method. The results showed that the analysis of active protection systems and lifesaving facilities in palembang BARI hospital building has a percentage of 71.55% is in category C that is quite in accordance with regulations, with the results of components in the active protection system 76.2% with enough categories and components of lifesaving facilities 66.9% that fall into the category of sufficient It is recommended that hospitals need to install sprinkler systems and emergency lighting on hospital buildings, make repairs to active fire protection systems such as alarm systems and fire detectors that do not work, complete the contents of hydrant boxes and install sign signs for gathering points in bakordik buildings and perform periodic maintenance of existing.
