Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menjelaskan kineija industri alas kaki Indonesia, yang dilihat dari tingkat Efisiensi, Nilai Tambah, dan Ekspor Industri Alas Kaki Indonesia 2) menjelaskan daya saing produk alas kaki Indonesia. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti Badan Pusat Statistik, dengan menggunakan data periode tahun 1998-2007. Data hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penambahan jumlah input produksi tenaga keija dan bahan baku pada industri Alas kaki akan meningkatkan jumlah output yang dihasilkan industri alas kaki. Kineija Industri Alas Kaki yang dilihat dari nilai tambah menunjukkan pertumbuhan nilai tambah yang meningkat, namun untuk nilai efisiensinya cenderung mengalami penurunan. Kinerja Ekspor Industri Alas Kaki terus menunjukkan angka surplus, dan untuk daya saing yang di ukur melalui Indeks Revealed Comparative Advantages (RCA), Industri Alas Kaki Indonesia memiliki RCA yang terus mengalami penurunan. M Kata Kunci : nilai tambah,efisiensi, ekspor,impor,daya saing.
