Abstract

This research aims for comparing the region finance autonomy in Prabumulih city before and after autonomy and also compare with Muara Enim regency The method in this research using Analysis degree of autonomus is, a quantitatif and qualitative analysis with a fiscal autonomy, fiscal needing, fiscal capacity, and fiscal efforts for looking autonomus degree. His research had found that autonomus of Prabumulih after autonomy is decreasing it before autonomy. Degree autonomus before autonomy 5,39 percent became 4,30 percent. shown with P AD to TPD, fiscal needing, fiscal capacity and effort fiscal. when we compare, autonomy of Prabumulih less than Muara Enim regency with in 7,82 percent, where as Prabumulih 4,30 percent. This fact show from the decreasing Ratio reginoal income, fiscal needing, fiscal capacity and effort fiscal. The decreasing of Prabumulih autonomy and Muara Enim regency after autonomy indicate that Prabumulih city wasn’t success region autonomy because in 0-25 percent autonomus degree with intractif pattem
