Abstract

Skripsi ini berjudul “Penegakan Hukum Oleh Kepolisian Kota Palembang Terhadap Pelaku Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan Dalam Pengaruh Minuman Keras”. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana upaya Kepolisian Kota Palembang dalam menangani tindak pidana penganiayaan yang di pengaruhi oleh minuman keras dan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan pelaku tindak pidana yang di pengaruhi minuman keras melakukan penganiayaan. Dalam penulisan skripsi ini metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian yuridis empiris. Tindak pidana penganiayaan diatur dalam Bab ke-XX Buku ke-II KUHP dalam Pasal 351 sampai dengan Pasal 355. Mengkonsumsi minuman keras dapat menjadi salah satu faktor penyebab terjadinya tindak pidana penganiayaan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dalam upaya Kepolisian Kota Palembang dalam mengatasi tindak pidana penganiayaan akibat minuman keras antara lain yaitu meliputi upaya pre-emtif, upaya preventif serta upaya represif. Serta faktor-faktor penyebab pelaku tindak pidana penganiayaan dalam pengaruh minuman keras. Kata Kunci: Kepolisian, Tindak Pidana Penganiayaan, Minuman Keras, ​Palembang.
