Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze the influence of gross regional domestic product (PDRB) dan General Allocation Fund (DAU) to tthe degree of fiscal desentralization of Palembang, the degree of fiscal desentralization was seen from contribution of local own revenue (PAD) to the total of local revenue. This study analyzed secondary data from Statistic Indonesia (BPS) and office of regional revenue (Dispenda) in 2001-2010. This study used the analysis of multiple linear regressions using Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The result showed that variable of PAD had positive and significant effect to the degree of fiscal desentralization. Variable of PDRB an D AU had positive and significant effect to the degree of fiscal desentralization. The degree of fiscal desentralization had elastic sensitivity to PDRB dan DAU.
