Abstract

The success of agribusiness development is inseparable from the support of an agribusiness support institution. One of them is the institutionalization of agriculture which must have human resources such as the agricultural industry that is able to develop and utilize agricultural science and technology. Agricultural extension plays an important role for agricultural development, because extension is one of the efforts to empower farmers and other agricultural businesses to increase productivity, income and welfare. Agricultural and Forestry Extension Center for PPL training in disseminating agricultural information. Institutional resources that discuss structural aspects, cultural aspects, and aspects of human resources. To calculate the relationship of Agricultural Extension Workers in the dissemination of agricultural information using aspects of the method, aspects of the media, aspects of feedback, and aspects of the message content. Based on the chi square analysis test obtained cultural aspects and aspects of human resources related to the distribution of agricultural information while the structural aspects are not related to the interaction of Agricultural Extension Workers in the dissemination of agricultural information.
