Abstract

The main of purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of rupiah exchange rate, credit interest rate, and inflation to foreign investment in south sumatercu In this research, an empirical analysis is provided for the years from 1990 until 2008 by using annual data that published by trusted department. This research was using qualitative mcthods where the data and results were explained and analyze in detail description and quantitave methods. The results showed that no signiflcant effect of rupiah exchange rate, credit interest rate, arid inflation to the foreign investment. This is due to many factor outside of research that can affect foreign investment.
