Abstract

This research was intended to identify the cost structure of garment industry in indonesia and the factors taht influence such structure. The factors include the costs of raw materials, labor, electricity and others cost. The research used the 2001 to 2007 secondary data and analayzed using a qualitative and quantitative descriptif method. The result show the indonesian garment producers considered the cost of raw materials 67.34 persen, labor cost 18.84 persen, others cost 8.84 persen, and electricity cost 4.98 persen. The efficiency rate in this periose of 2001 to 2007 was 0.65 persen while the growth rate 11.54 persen
