Abstract

The purpose of study were (1) to describes the process of life plantation program implementation in riding village ogan komering ilir districk (2) to analyze the success of life plantation program from farmers’ income before and after joining in life plantation program (3) Identify the factors that effect the life plantation program. This research was conducted in Riding Village Pangkalan Lampam District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. Primary data collection at research location had been conducted in mei 2018. The method used in this research was survey method. Sampling was done by simple random sampling method by taking sample farmer as many as 37 farmers from population of 210 farmers. The results of this study indicate that (1) The process of life plantation program implemention has three stages that must be done in the implementation of the results and land, assistance and monitoring until evaluasion program, (2) The economic impacts that are established since in life plantation program is income generation farming, (3) factors affecting the implementation of Life Plantation Program is communication, supporting resources and desposition
