Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh differensiasi produk terhadap tingkat keuntungan usaha kanopi di kota Palembang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 15 usaha kanopi yang berada di Kota palembang. Menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan regresi metode OLS menggunakan eviews diketahui bahwa variabel diferensiasi berpengaruh terhadap variabel keuntungan. Koefisisen R' menunjukkan bahwa variabel Differensiasi (Df) mampu menjelaskan variabel keuntungan sebesar 27,15 %, sisanya 72,85 % dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain diluar model. Selanjutnya koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0.215474 yang menunjukkan kuatnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Jadi, pengaruh diferensiasi produk terhadap tingkat keuntungan adalah sebesar 21.55 %. Berdasarkan nilai t-statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel diferensiasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel keuntungan. Kata kunci : differensiasi produk, kanopi, keuntungan.
