Abstract
This research aims to determine the antifungalof binahong leaves extract against Pityrosporum ovale and the effective concentration. The method used was a method with 5 treatments and 5 replications with concentrations of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% analyzed by Completely Randomized Designs (CRD) ANOVA and Duncan's Real Difference Test. The parameters observed are the width of the inhibition zone formed. The results of rough extract of binahong leaves have antifungal power to Pityrosporum ovale which is characterized by the formation of inhibition zone and obtained the concentration of rough extract of binahong which is effective as on antifungal against Pityrosporum ovale concentration of 15%. The results of this study can be used as information on learning Biology in first grade of senior high school on Basic Competence 3.8 with the material of the role of plants. The results of the study were donated in the form of student worksheets.
