Abstract
The research about kinetics rate of crude oil solubility has been done by using biosurfactant from Pseudomonas acidovorans and Pseudomonas peli bacteria using differential and integral methods. Differential method was used to find the order of reaction which is directly from relation chart of ln [C] and ln r. For P. acidovorans bacteria get 1,3134 reaction order and 0,8446 reaction order for P.peli bacteria. Integral method was used to find the constanta of the reaction rate. Order reaction value from differential method was used as an input of integral equation to get the rate of kinetic solubility equation i.e. Y = 0,0029x + 0,7263 on P. acidovorans bacteria the constanta of reaction is 0,00925 days-1. Therefore on P. peli bacteria shown the kinetics solubility equation Y = -0,005x + 1,1986 with 0.0321 days-1 order reaction. Qualitative analysis used Gas Chromatography (GC) shown the chromatogram after the addition of biosurfaktant from P. acidovorans bacteria that could binding the crude oil with <C10, C11-C14, C15-C17 fraction which appeared at 40-165 oC. A long chain of carbon fraction C18-C21 and >C22 appreared at 215-265 oC. P. peli bacteria presented <C10, C11-C14 fraction at 40-140 oC and A long carbon bonds at C18-C21 fraction and fraction >C22 appeared at 240-265 oC.
