Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi dan perkembangan industri ban di Indonesia, dan factor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi pertumbuhan sektor industri ban di Indonesia, dan untuk menganalisis kondisi total factor produktiviti (TFP) yang mencerminkan progress teknologi industri ban di Indonesia. Faktorfaktor produksi yang diteliti adalah tenaga keija, modal tetap, serta teknologi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang merupakan hasil pengolahan data Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) sesuai dengan kode ISIC industri ban tahun 1990 sampai tahun 1997 berkode 35111 sementara data industri ban tahun 1998 sampai tahun 2010 berkode ISIC 25111. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel secara positif mempengaruhi output industri ban di Indonesia tahun 1990 sampai tahun 2010. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) dari hasil estimasi persamaan didapat sebesar 0,897, artinya variasi modal tetap, tenaga keija serta TFP mampu menjelaskan variasi output industri ban sebesar 89,7 persen dan sisany 10,3 persen dijelaskan variabel lain di luar model. Kata Kunci: Produktivitas, Industri Ban, Dan Total Faktor Produktivity (TFP)
