Abstract

This research is purposed to know the crisis management of Legal & Relations PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field in managing crisis of environmental incident. This study uses the theory of crisis control and management steps according to Rosady Ruslan with descriptive qualitative methods. The process of collecting research data conduct in-depth interviews, documentation and observations that refer to interview guidelines. Legal & Relations PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field has experienced a crisis and has carried out crisis management in it. Managing crises through crisis management can reduce and prevent internal crises. PT Pertamina EP Asset 2, Prabumulih Field. The results of this study indicate the application and function of the crisis management of Legal & Relations PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field has carried out and managed environmental crisis crises, it is evident that there is a match between the application of the crisis management of Legal & Relation PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field with Rosady Ruslan. Legal & Relations PT Pertamina EP Asset 2 Prabumulih Field began managing crises by identifying crises, by doing fact finding on problems and field observations. Then the second stage is analyzing the data, by analyzing the data in order to find the source of the problem in environmental incidents and action plans to make plans to be taken next. The third phase is by overcoming and overcoming the crisis by taking the first steps such as clearing the land and wells affected by the incident and providing assistance in the form of clean water and water tanks and / or accommodation. Then the final stage of Legal & Relations with Management conducts a crisis evaluation, interpersonal communication with a meeting between the company and residents chaired by the local RT / RW and image recovery to restore a positive image to the company.
