Abstract

The Office of Archives and Libraries of Ogan Komering Ilir Regency holds a competition for the Selection of the Best School Libraries at the Senior High School Level in Ogan Komering Ilir Regency once a year. The process of selecting the best library has been running as it should. However, the selection process is carried out manually and the current assessment system does not pay attention to the criteria that have high priority in the assessment of the best library. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist the department in producing recommendations as the best school library by sticking to the existing regulations. The method used in this study is the TOPSIS method. The results of the ranking with this method from 30 high school level schools obtained 1st place at SMK Negeri 1 Lempuing Jaya, 2nd place at MAN Insan Cendikia OKI and 3rd place at SMK Negeri 1 Kayuagung.
