Abstract

The Purpose of this research are: 1). To know the influence of Debt to Equity Ratio, Retum on Equity, and Dividend Pay Out Ratio to the price exchange of share on PT Aneka Tambang Tbk during 2002-2006; 2). To know where the variables that have strong influence to the price exchange of share. In this research, the financial report and the list of share price of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk were found from Indonesian stock exchange during 2002-2006. The choosing of sample was done by using purposive sampling method. Linier regression and correlation analyze are the tools of analyze used in this research too. This research proofs that the variable of DER, ROE, and DPR have a significant influence 0.05 level. According to the calculation result, we know the correlation of DER to price equal to 0,120. The ROE correlation is 0.548. In addition, the DPR correlation is 0.897. The coefficient value of adjusted R Square in calculation of regression linier is known as 85,4%. This value shows the variation of share price exchange can be explained by variable of DER, ROE, and DPR, while the residue is 14, 6% can be explained by the other cause outside this research. The dominant variable in this research that have influence of the share price exchange during 2002-2006 in this research is variable of DPR with significant level 0,000 and correlation is 0.897
