Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan nilai tambah, efisiensi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja industri minuman ringan di Indonesia, tingkat konsentrasi industri minuman ringan di Indonesia serta pengaruh tingkat konsentrasi terhadap efisiensi industri minuman ringan di Indonesia. Variabelvariabel yang diteliti adalah nilai tambah, efisiensi, produktivitas tenaga keija dan konsentrasi industri. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) sesuai dengan kode ISIC industri minuman ringan 15540. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai tambah, efisiensi dan produktivitas tenaga kerja industri minuman ringan di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang positif. Rata-rata perkembangan nilai tambah sebesar 17,89 persen, rata-rata perkembangan efisiensi sebesar 1,65 persen dan rata-rata perkembangan produktivitas tenaga keija sebesar 13,93 persen. Konsentrasi industri minuman ringan selama kurun waktu 16 tahun sebesar 33,23 persen. Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh tingkat konsentrasi terhadap efisiensi.
