Abstract

This research objective is to know and analysis the influence of mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah and ijarah finance to profitability of islamic banks in Indonesia. Sampling method used is purposive sampling and 5 islamic banks were selected as a sample from 13 islamic banks in Indonesia. Data analysis technique used was Multiple Regression Linear. This results partially showed that financing of mudharabah and murabahah had positive effect on profitability (Return On Assets), while financing of musyarakah and ijarah had negative effect on profitability (Return On Assets). Research results from simultaneously, financing of mudharabah, musyarakah, murabahah and ijarah had significant effects to profitability (Return On Assets). The implication of this research is islamic banks should be more selective and tighten the prospective customer who will be given .financing to anticipate the occurrence of negligence so that impact on the profit to be received.For the further research, it is suggested to add other independent variables such as qard, salam and istishna.
