Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tenaga keija dan modal terhadap produksi industi kotak buah di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak tiga puluh pengusaha. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Model analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda yang ditransformasi dengan model Cobb-douglas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tenaga keija dan modal memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi industri kotak buah di Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ilir. Kemudian skala usaha dari industri kotak buah berada dalam kondisi Increasing Return to Scale. Kata kunci: Tenaga Kerja, Modal, Produksi, Skala Usaha
