Abstract

Investasi sangat penting untuk kemajuan ekonomi suatu negara. Investasi dapat bersumber dari Penanaman Modal Asing (PMA) dan Penanaman Modal Dalam Negeri (PMDN), yang bertujuan untuk menggantikan alat-alat produksi yang sudah aus atau rusak (penyusutan) dan juga untuk menambah kapasitas produksi nasional, sehingga dapat meningkatkan produksi dan pendapatan serta menyerap lebih banyak tenaga kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pendapatan nasional (Produk Domestik Bruto/ PDB), suku bunga kredit investasi dan inflasi terhadap realisasi PMDN di Indonesia tahun 1986-2012. Teknik analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda metode Ordinary Least Square (OLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan nasional (PDB) dan inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, sedangkan suku bunga kredit investasi bepengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap PMDN di Indonesia.
