Abstract

Limestone mining in PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa, Tbk, located at West Palimanan village, subdistrict of Gempol, Cirebon. The process of limestone transport from quarry B160 to crusher P9 is 1,78 km away, so mine road of limestone has an important role in supporting hauling activities. The repair of the road geometry include the addition of a wide road conditions to be standard, addition of a different height to produce a cross slope and superelevasi standards. Segment B-C and E-F on straight condition requires the addition of the road width as the standard 16,7 m, while the segment C-D, and D-E on bend conditions requires the addition of road width be a 19.87 m. The road grade that exceeds the maximum grade in a state of decline by -8%, namely in the H-I segment, I-J segment, J-K segment, and K-L segment. High difference that should be made to produce a cross slope standard is 0,33 m while the actual height difference in each segment of the straight road conditions does not meet the standard and cross slope not clear. As for the superelevasi standard, superelevasi each segment of the haul road has not yet met the standards so requires the addition of a high difference of 0.1 m with a height difference of 1.98 m. to make road conditions standards so can make the limestone hauling productivity on 1 fleet increased 1.861,07 tons/day to 2.2238,115tons/day.
