Abstract

This study is aimcd at finding out and analyzing the determinant faetors of housing demand in Inderalaya. The faetors a re the price, location, neighborhood, faciiity, income and house types. The data are the primarv ones taken from the 40 respondents interviewed directly with sequences of questions. The respondents are the residenls of the Taman Gading 2 and Griya Sejahtera Ogan Ilir. The results of the interview shovv that price, location. and neighborhood are the most determinant faetors in buying a house. On the other hands, the other faetors such as facility, income, and house types do not set the housing demands.
