Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh faktor produksi tenaga kerja terhadap produksi industri rumah bongkar pasang di Ogan Ilir (2) nilai tambah yang diciptakan industri rumah bongkar pasang di Ogan Ilir. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah model fungsi produksi Cobb-Douglas jangka pendek. Fungsi produksi yang ditemukan adalah lnQ = -5,929 + 1,330 ln L. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tenaga kerja berpengaruh terhadap produksi rumah bongkar pasang. Secara statistik variabelnya signifikan. Industri rumah bongkar pasang di Ogan ilir mengikuti kaidah increasing return to scale hal ini diperoleh dari p > 1. Hal ini mengandung arti bahwa jika dilakukan penambahan faktor produksi tenaga kerja sebanyak satu unit maka penambahan tersebut akan menyebabkan nilai produksi meningkat lebih dari satu unit. Sedangkan nilai tambah total pada Industri rumah bongkar pasang di Ogan Ilir per tahun yaitu Rp 2.912.009.500, dan nilai tambah rata-rata per tahun adalah Rp 364.001.187 Kata Kunci: Industri rumah bongkar pasang, produksi, nilai tambah
